bite are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Analyst/Project Manager to join our team.

The Role

For the position of Business Analyst/Project Manager, you will be scoping and project-managing the design and development of new web sites and applications for a variety of our agency clients. You will strengthen your experience by working on a wide range of projects that could include e-commerce and other transactional web sites, content management systems, intranets online marketing and more.
You will have the opportunity to take the lead on a number of new projects within your first year and help new and existing clients with their online strategy.

This role involves:

• Understanding client business objectives and documenting their system requirements
• Presenting ideas and solutions
• Creating wireframes and writing detailed system specifications
• Providing expertise and advice to clients on their e-strategy
• Supporting pitches to new clients - providing input to proposals, pricing and presenting as part of the bid team
• Management of projects including client liaison and ensuring projects are delivered to specification, on time and within budget

Essential Experience and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in web development and online applications. You will also have at least 2 years project management and business analysis experience.

Desirable Experience and Qualification:

• hold a Digital Media or Business and IT degree (2:1 and above)

• An eye for detail and high quality standards

• Experience scoping and project managing the implementation of medium to large e-commerce, CMS applications and online marketing.

In order to be considered for this role you must be enthusiastic and self-motivated. You will have a solid technical understanding as well as a business focus. You will be able to work effectively with limited supervision and as part of a dynamic team.

You will be a skilled multi-tasker with experience of handling several different projects at the same time. Effective written communication and presentation skills are essential as this role involves client liaison at all levels.
