Content Management System (CMS)

Our unique Teamshare Content Management System (CMS) enables the client to easily manage and update the content within the web site, via a password protected ‘Admin’ area of the web site. Our Teamshare system is extremely flexible, enabling control to add, edit or delete the menus, content (ie text, images and documents) and all included modules eg registration / documents / email marketing, eCommerce (if selected).

 

Our CMS system allows you to easily control the menus and sub menus. The Up and Down / Left and Right arrows allow you to change the order of pages, move the page to any main menu or sub menu and add new menu items immediately.

The site interface and its navigation will be built to the required level of Disability Discrimination Act compliance: Standard sites are built to level A unless specified otherwise (higher levels incur additional cost). The content management system will provide all the tools to enable content editors to maintain the level of compliance.
 

Site Map
A Google friendly list is automatically created, including any new pages added via the CMS, displaying pages on the site and their corresponding hierarchy. Only those pages with the “Show in menu” flag checked will be displayed. This enables users to view the overall structure and access any page and also helps with search engine rankings.
