The London based CBM Academy is owned and run by the award-winning make-up and hair designer Christine Blundell. They provide professional make-up and hair design course run by tutors currently working in the television and film business.
Customer Objectives: Branding and increase enquiry rate CBMA has clear objectives about what they wanted to achieve.
They required a mixture of advertising and optimisation which still incorporated a strong branding strategy. Structured analysis of advertising has resulted in an increase in course booking and an overall reduction in advertising spend. Within the first 8 weeks of the marketing project it had already shown remarkable results. They are now generating increased numbers of brochure down-loads per day, where with traditional magazine advertising they were receiving 1 brochure request a day. As well as this, they are rapidly moving up the search engine listings. For example, they are currently listed first in searches on Google. Future courses are now fully booked.
