Download registation & reporting
Documents can be set to require registration before download. Reports can then show who downloaded documents, what documents did they download and /or what documents were downloaded by who. This is a great sales tool that can help identify new prospects.
Meta Data
Meta Data fields can be added when a document is uploaded which makes them easily searchable e.g.:
- Title
- Author
- Category
- Subsidiary / Business unit
- Go-Live date
- Purge Date (highlighted red when out of date)
- Available to external viewers (check box by default NOT checked)
